Aerobics / Physio Room

Make it possible for our team to create an aerobics and physiotherapy room at the Limerick Resource Hub. This dedicated space will be essential for offering fitness classes, rehabilitation exercises, and physiotherapy sessions to residents, helping them maintain their physical health and well-being. The aerobics and physio room will be equipped to support a range of activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and balance, tailored to the needs of those living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other mobility challenges. Having a dedicated space for these activities will enhance the effectiveness of our rehabilitation programs and encourage regular physical activity.
